Processing Time

All physical supplement orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 24 to 48 business hours after your payment is successfully completed. You will receive an automated email with your tracking number once the shipping label is generated.

Delivery Timelines

We utilize trusted domestic carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) for all USA orders. Expedited shipping typically takes between 5 to 7 business days to arrive at your provided physical address.

Issues with Delivery

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, or if it is delayed beyond 10 business days, please contact our support team immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier to resolve the issue.
